Haha, I do that, too. Maybe not before EVERY book, but I definitely went through the Harry Potter boxed set before the last one was released. I’m really excited about the prequel, too, though I’m going to try to save it. I’m flying to Madrid in August, and it would be perfect plane reading.

I’m so glad you reviewed this book. I read it awhile ago and loved it. I had no idea that there was a prequel coming out though. Now I have something to look forward to… and an excuse to reread the book. (I can’t help it, I have to reread all books in a series before the next one comes out. So yes, I have read the first Harry Potter book seven times!)

I went ahead and picked up this book after reading your review. I am only about 40 pages in so far, but I am loving it! Thanks for making me aware of this book.

Oh, that’s a great idea. I didn’t even think about putting information about audiobooks because I have such a hard time with them. (I’m a completely visual person.) But I’ll investigate the availability in the future, the same way I do for electronic book editions.

That sounds fantastic! They have this as an Audiobook on iTunes, which is starting to become my preferred format for books that I “read” to escape and relax. The narrator sounds great and there seems to even be a piano soundtrack. I’ll definitely be downloading this, with the idea that I’ll listen to it the next time I travel. We’ll see if I can hold off till then, though
